We aim to deliver fresh, homemade non-vegetarian pickles and food products safely and on time.
Please read our Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • We prepare each batch fresh to maintain quality, so minor delays may occur during peak seasons or festivals.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

  • Any applicable delivery charges or offers (like free shipping) will be displayed before you complete payment.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery, but delays due to logistics or natural events are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and courier details.

  • You can track your shipment status through the provided link.


2. Return and Replacement Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered.

  • Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • We take the utmost care to package every pickle jar securely.

  • However, if your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send the following details to info@sindhuspickles.com:

    • Your order number

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the damaged/incorrect items

    • A brief description of the issue

Our quality team will investigate and, if the issue is verified, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  1. Non-delivery of order (verified through courier tracking)

  2. Damaged or incorrect product (after investigation and proof)

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Customer mistakes in address entry or order confirmation

  • Dislike of taste, texture, or personal preferences

  • Products returned without prior communication or approval

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method (Razorpay, Paytm, UPI, Card, or Net Banking).

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order by emailing info@sindhuspickles.com.

  • Once the product is shipped or processed, cancellations are not possible.

  • If a payment was made and the order is canceled in time, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.


5. Responsibility & Disclaimer

  • We ensure hygienic preparation, packaging, and dispatch of all non-veg pickles.

  • Sindhu’s Pickles is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect shipping details, or unforeseen natural events.

  • Please store pickles as per instructions on the label for best quality and shelf life.
